| 家风不正腐化堕落有人说，严春风如果不是幼儿园老师信息发错了群，如果不是前妻在家长群大发雷霆，如果没有人把群截图发上网，如果不是前妻看起来身家不菲手眼通天，他也许会安稳地继续当他的市委副书记。不过，没有如果。与其说这起家校矛盾让严书记陷入了一场网络舆情危机，不如说这是官员面临的家风危机。正可谓，家风不正，祸患不远。细数党的十八大以来先后接受调查的大小官员，“大”到江苏省原委常委、常务副省长李云峰，广东省原常委、珠海市委原书记李嘉；“小”到上述“火遍全网”的“严书记”以及“保时捷女司机”的丈夫“童所长”。业内人士认为，无论是“老虎狐狸”还是“蝇贪蚁腐”，造成他们或是触犯底线身陷囹圄，或是舆论四起停职待查的关键因素，便是思想堡垒禁不起“亲情贪欲”的侵蚀、心理防线受不住“家庭奢念”的腐浊，如此“家风不正”“家门不端”，久而久之，必然会使党员干部“初心蒙尘”“使命不再”。“虽然党的十八大之后强调了党员干部要严管家属，但领导干部身边人飞扬跋扈、甚至特权的问题由来已久。不管领导本身有没有违纪违法的问题，身边人也要有责任意识。”北京航空航天大学廉洁研究与教育中心主任任建明说，比如“严书记”“童所长”事件中连带出来的这些领导，本身也存在违法违纪问题，所以免职甚至承担更严重的责任也是必要的，“如果领导本身严于律己，很大程度上也不会形成这种滥用职权的不健康家风”。“有些官员自己做得确实不错，但对亲属管得不严，比如《人民的名义》里面的李达康，这种对亲属监督不严也是一种不负责任的态度，没有管好家人也是党员领导干部的失职、失责。”庄德水分析说，表面上看这些领导干部可能自身没什么问题，“但他的亲属滥用权力，其实就是受到了不健康家风的恶劣影响”。近年来，党中央查处了大量违法违纪案件，家风不正是主要原因。许多贪腐案件都有“贪内助”活跃的身影，很多腐败的起因，“不在颛臾，而在萧墙之内也”。家风不正是导致领导干部严重违纪违法的重要根源，其背后的原因是深层而复杂的。例如，湖南省郴州市委原常委、政法委书记刘志伟，“为政不廉、公私不分、家风不正”；福建省漳州市人大常委会原党组成员、副主任张镇城，“违反生活纪律，家风败坏”。自身党性修养不够、纪律规矩意识淡薄，是受访专家普遍认为的部分领导干部之所以家风不正、腐化堕落的重要原因。也有专家认为，当前，监督考核机制不健全也是导致领导干部家风不正的重要原因。家风一直被视为是领导干部个人或家庭的私事，长期处于被忽视的状态。此外，由于家庭腐败形式多样、手段较为隐蔽、侦破难度较大，因而未受到相关部门的足够重视，缺乏相关的法律制度予以规范和监督。加强领导干部家风建设，积极培养“廉内助”，营造优良家风，筑牢领导干部廉洁从政、拒腐防变的家庭防线是反腐防线前移，遏制全家腐的有效措施。反腐最有效最直接的手段就是建立健全监督考核机制，使其不能腐、不敢腐。不断延伸监督触角 | 1 | ✘ | ✘ | ✘ |
